Raw Material Mixing

The process begins in our Dhoop Raw Mixture. Charcoal powder, wood powder, jigat powder, and fragrance binders are combined with water. The high-torque motor blends these ingredients into a perfectly uniform, lump-free dough.

Crushing and Refining

To guarantee a smooth burn and flawless texture, the raw dough is passed through the Dhoop Crushing Machine. Precision rollers crush any remaining dry spots or lumps, refining the material for seamless extrusion without jamming the dies.

Stick or Cone Formation

The refined mixture is fed into either the Dhoop Stick or Cone Extrusion Machine. Operating at high speeds, these machines use industrial-grade dies to continuously shape the material into uniform, dense incense products.

Cutting and Finishing

For stick production, the continuous extruded material passes through the Automated Dhoop Cutting Machine. It slices the product to precise, adjustable lengths with clean edges, readying them for the final drying and packaging phases.
